I understand that the Highlanders Adventure Club is constituted as a group of like-minded individuals who have organized for the purpose of enjoying each other’s company in a variety of activities, Furthermore, they are responsible for his or her own actions.

I acknowledge that my participation in club activities and use of club equipment involves risk of injury to myself and my personal property. I acknowledge that I am aware of the extent of the risks and have taken said risks into consideration in making my decision to participate. Furthermore, my participation in said activities is voluntary, I am acting as an individual, and I am assuming responsibility and liability for my own behavior and actions.

To be eligible for membership in the Highlanders Adventure Club, I certify that I meet the following conditions.

2. All decisions of Executive Body of HAC will be applicable to me and I will be abided to follow them.

3. I am Medically Fit.

Terms and Conditions While all safety measures have been considered, it is still possible that unforeseen accidents may still occur. Participants join at their own risk, and shall have no claims whatsoever against the organizers for any possessions lost or stolen, or for any forms of injuries or mishaps, including the loss of life sustained during the activity. Any events can be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (at the discretion of the organizers). The organizers reserve the right to change or modify the conduct of any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits paid will not be refundable for any participant who withdraws from the event.
